The Crypto Recruiter is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual (who is passionate and committed to our space) to join the team at BlockchainSpace. Our company HQ is located in Singapore - however this position will be fully remote.


We’re looking for someone to develop an innovative strategy to find, engage, and hire top crypto talent anywhere in the world. Our recruiting team builds the foundation of our success by finding extraordinary people that share our vision. In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with organizational leaders to hire key industry hires that move the needle for the business. You’ll work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.   • Partner with the business across multiple departments on all aspects of the hiring process for crypto talent.
  • Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
  • Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract talent
  • Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process
  • Provide data-driven progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come


  • Crypto or Blockchain enthusiast required
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company
  • Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus)
  • Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires
  • Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
